In this game, a shotgun is a shotgun. This is amazing when coupled with thermal vision. It doesn't always kill in one go though, but the lethal kill radius is huge. The radius is so large I often get caught off-guard by it. The large radius is what made me choose it over the Incendiary grenade. So I just went with quickest firing of the hard hitting pistols.įrag, really says it all.
But if I ever needed to use it in a sitiuation, the enemy is most likely right on top of me. I couldn't care less about this weapon really. I didn't use the MP5 navy, I mean come on, lets have something a little different. So alls forgiven, I like reloading, the cartridge on the P90 just looks awkward. The only downside of the MP9 is its horrid ammo consumption coupled with the lack of a burst-fire mode, you however can carry about 16 clips. I have consistently encountered sitiuations where the MP9 is just superior in stopping power. Its most glaring problem is the unsensitive aiming, especially when breaching. The large clip just seems to help make up for it.

I originally used the P90, however that gun is meant to be used in full automatic, it provides too little stopping power in any other mode. Stopping power is very good, pretty silent with silencer, clip loads fast and is of good capacity. Recoil doesn't 'jump' all over the place, it goes straight up, as a result it is very efficient when shooting 'slices' of profiles. It fits the role I chose for it very well, medium range precision engagements. I switched over to this weapon, turns out its Israeli, to be honest this gun is fantastic in-game. However, it just didn't seem to be accurate enough for me. I originally used the Famas as it handled quickly, so it could double quickly for short-range if needed.
I just want a serious discussion on weapon loadout in this game.
